Part 1: Breathwork training:

The science of breathwork – how ancient Kundalini yoga techniques can elicit healing effects on our immune, endocrine, and neuromuscular systems, and can help us optimize our brain waves to promote systemic healing.

Spinal mobility + yoga based warm up

Breath Training: Nadi Shodhana pranayama (subtle energy clearing breath), Kapalabhati pranayama (Skull illuminating breath/Breath of Fire), and Pineal Gland Activation (Deep healing breath)
Part 2: Cold immersion training:

The science of cold immersion – how entering the cold can elicit healing effects on our cardiovascular, immune, and musculoskeletal systems, while also providing serious mental health benefits

Understanding the 4 stages of cold exposure and your sensations, and how to maximize your cold immersion wellness routine

Ice bath training: Using controlled breath to plunge into an ice bath (optional but highly recommended) …you can do mostly anything for 2 minutes!
Classes: Run x1-1.5 hrs. depending on class size and will primarily be the application portion of the workshop, with a focus on the Pineal Gland Activation breathing technique and ice bath training.
Attendance to a workshop prior to a class is recommended but not required.
