Personal fitness training

Whether you are transitioning from a physical therapy to a maintenance-based exercise program or are starting fresh, we can work on goals including, but not limited to:

  • Losing weight

  • Improving sleep or overall health

  • Improving running form

  • Increasing muscular strength/endurance

  • Decreasing fall risk

  • Gaining flexibility

During this session, I will guide you through research-based exercises and will show you how to get the most benefit per rep while achieving optimal movement patterns. We will take your training to the next level by using my expertise in movement science and injury prevention to maximally challenge your musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and cardiovascular systems. All sessions are driven by your personal fitness goals.

Sessions may include:

  • Yoga/breathwork

  • muscular strengthening and/or endurance training

  • cardiovascular conditioning

  • balance/fall prevention training

  • soft tissue mobilization/myofascial release

  • Infrared sauna (I can bring my portable IR sauna to you for $10 to pay for transport + cleaning.)


Group fitness training is also available for those who have previously had a 1 on 1 session to ensure safety.
